Bridger Bell is run by a small team that’s time poor. With this in mind, we provided an all-done-for-you content service. Kicking off with a key message map to underpin all the comms, we then got to work on developing a sitemap around our SEO keyword research. Wireframes came next, then it was time to tackle the copywriting and photography. It really was a full-package service, and we particularly enjoyed the ‘treasure hunt’ around London and Surrey, photographing Bridger Bell managed properties.
The New Website. Streamlined Search, Personal Touch.
Bridger Bell’s bright new website retains the firm’s signature yellow and black theme, so brand identity remains. There’s a newly streamlined, user friendly search and filtering system for slick and simple property searches, and we’ve made it easier for users to bring together precisely what they need by creating printer-friendly pages and downloadable documentation and brochures. To improve conversions, we added a sales contact alongside each property for a nice personal touch.
Bridging the Gap With CRM.
Clunky and far from user friendly, the CRM function the Bridger Bell team was using previously needed a serious re-think. Our approach was twofold. Keen to get the new website up and running ASAP, our first step was to integrate the new WordPress site with the original backend database. This we did using a SOAP interface, allowing launch within just three months.
We then worked alongside property CRM specialists Super Developments to integrate the website with CRM platform Insightly. The ‘after’ results speak for themselves, and now the team has a bespoke WordPress site combined with a streamlined property CRM, they can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Non mobile-responsive website which was not SEO friendly. Clunky backend (database), which could only be updated from a work desktop computer.
Phase 1 (During)
New WordPress website which can be updated from anywhere in the world. Dynamically pulls property data from the existing website to the new WordPress website.
Phase 2 (After)
Information added to Insightly feeds into WordPress. New CRM has a bespoke sales and customer management workflow. Bridger Bell staff use the CRM in the office and on the road. Flexibility to update anywhere in the world on any device.
